Jeff Fordham has worked at Raymond James since 1993. Mr. Fordham presently serves as the head of Corporate & Executive Services where he leads a team that specializes in the coordination and execution of the firm’s corporate clients’ common share repurchase programs, at-the-market offering executions, Rule 144 block placements, 10b5-1 sales plans, financial sponsor stock distributions and corporate equity compensation programs. Prior to joining Raymond James, Mr. Fordham served as a senior credit administrator with ITT Commercial Finance and was an associate in corporate lending with SunTrust and Southeast Banks and has a B.S. in Finance from the University of South Florida.
The Fordham family began investing in restaurants in 2009 when they were invited by family members to join a private Texas based hospitality investment group which were developing three new Lupe Tortillas locations. This experience led to the family’s desire to develop a Tampa Bay based concept where they could be more involved in the business as well as having a larger capital investment. The Fordham’s have been long time customers and friends of the Chong family who also own Thai Samurai, a Thai and sushi restaurant in New Port Richey, FL. The families decided to form a partnership and developed the Thai Prime concept together. After a lot of hard work, the families opened Thai Prime’s doors on May 11, 2016 to rave reviews from local patrons.
